2. Apply the permits/licenses from the Authority such as Department of Highways, Highway Police and other Local Authority
   • DOH permits
     • Engineering Consultant
     • Arrange and provide professional engineer to prepare the application and other document related
     • Pavement Analysis for transportation (Stain)
     • Bridge Analysis for transportation (Shear, Bending and Deflection Check)
     • Present to the DOH committee
   • Route Survey Report by professional engineer (Ref: American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO))
3. Import/export services
   • Provide the professional shipping agency to support the business
4. Arrange the trailer or vessel for inland and sea transportation
   • Sea Transportation and Mae Khong River included 
   • Arrange the transporter
